Applications

Fucose-Separopore® 4B-CL used as affinity matrix for the purification of fucose-binding glycoproteins. Fucose is linked to Separopore® 4B-CL via a spacer arm to ensure efficient binding of this ligand to the protein.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
