GlcNac-Specific Separopore® 4B Multi-Lectin Kit

To purify a receptor complex from membranes, Glycomatrix™ offers a Multi-Lectin Kit - Separopore® 4B GlcNAc to bind and elute such complex for further analysis. This allows obtaining of other interacting partners at a preparative scale besides the target receptor.

This kit contains the following high quality lectins: Datura stramonium Lectin (DSA/DSL), Griffonia simplicifolia Lectin (GSL II), Lycopersicon esculentum Lectin (LEL/LEA)
