bio-World's OnePass^™ GST Tagged Protein Purification Kit consists of Glutathione Separopore^® (Glutathione reduced coupled to 4% cross-linked agarose beads), designed for the single-step affinity purification of proteins with a glutathione S-transferase (GST) tag. The protocol can be adjusted conveniently to purify 100 μg to 4 mg of GST fusion protein.
