Guar Gum Separopore® 4B-CL

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.

Guar gum is a Galactomannan polymer derived from the seeds of the legume plant Cyamopsis tetragonolobus.Guar gum based affinity chromatography is used for the purification of galactose binding proteins such as lectins.

• Matrix: Cross-linked Agarose, 4% beads, Separopore® 4B-CL.
• Particle size (range): 50-150µm.
• Ligand: Guargum.
• Ligand coupling method: Epoxy activation.
