Description

Applications:

Affinity matrix with immobilized KLH used for the purification of antibodies generated against peptide-KLH conjugated antigens byremoving antibodies against the KLH portion of the antigen. Anti-KLH antibodies can be removed by solid phase immuno-affinity column chromatography over the KLH- Separopore® 4B to obtain clean and specific antibodies against desired peptide.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
