L-Histidine Separopore® 4B-CL

Histidine-Separopore® 4B-CL can be used in the purification of supercoiled (sc) plasmid DNA (pDNA) from Escherichia coli lysates. Histidine-Separopore® 4B-CL can also be used for the separation of IgG from human plasma and selective purification of bioactive oligouronides such as α-(1, 4)-oligogalacturonides. Histidine-Separopore® 4B-CL is used for the purification of histidine binding proteins. This matrix can also be used for the purification of proteins expressed in Escherichia coli that use the coordination of a heme tag. This approach provides an affinity purification tag visible to the eye, facilitating tracking of the protein.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
