Description

Applications: Histidine-Separopore® 6B-CL can be used in the purification of supercoiled (sc) plasmid DNA (pDNA) from Escherichia coli lysates. This can also be used for the separation of IgG from human plasma and selective purification of bioactive oligouronides such as α-(1, 4)-oligogalacturonides. It is used for the purification of histidine binding proteins. This matrix can also be used for the purification of proteins expressed in Escherichia coli that use the coordination of a heme tag. This approach provides an affinity purification tag visible to the eye, facilitating tracking of the protein.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
