Mannose Separopore® 4B Binding And Elution Buffer Kit

bio-World's Mannose-Separopore® Buffer Kit for Cell Separations consists of a set of all buffers necessary for using Mannose-Separopore^® resin to separate cells containing surface proteins with affinity for mannose from those that do not. The Buffer Kit (resin sold separately) may be used with prepacked spin columns for gravity flow chromatography) or bath/tube purification using Mannose-Separopore^®.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
