Mannose Separopore® 4B-CL (Divinyl Sulfone-Coupled)

Mannose Separopore 4B-CL is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose, in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics. Mannose Separopore 4B-CL is used in affinity chromatography and carbohydrate binding proteins, such as lectins. Mannose Separopore 4B-CL has also been used in studies assessing poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation of mannose-binding lectin from human kidney cells and the mannose-associated serine protease (MASP) activated component of the coagulation system.
