Mannose-Specific Separopore® 4B Multi-Lectin Kit

To purify a receptor complex from membranes, Glycomatrix™ offers a Multi-Lectin Kit - Separopore® 4B Mannose to bind and elute such complex for further analysis. This allows obtaining of other interacting partners at a preparative scale besides the target receptor.

This kit contains the following high quality lectins bound to Separopore 4B, 800uL spin column: Concanavalin A Lectin (Con A), Hippeastrum hybrid Lectin (HHL), Lens culinaris Lectin (LCA/LCH)

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
