Mouse IgG Separopore® 4B

Applications:

IgG (mouse)-Separopore® 4B is an affinity chromatography gel matrix consisting of mouse IgG bound to Separopore® 4B. This matrix is coupled through a stable, leak resistant linkage over a wide pH range. IgG (mouse)-Separopore® 4B is suitable for antibody purification of anti-IgG antibodies or to remove unwanted cross-reactivity.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
