Description

Applications: Phenyl-Separopore® 4B-CL is used for hydrophobic interaction chromatography to purify membrane proteins and other proteins with hydrophobic regions. This matrix separates proteins based on the basis of the different hydrophobicities of the proteins.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
