Description

Applications:

Q Separopore® 6B (Fast Flow) is crosslinked high gel strength bio agarose matrix for gel filtration. The matrix is coupled with quaternary ammonium cation to provide elution specificity through charge interactions. Capillary electrophoresis as well as ion chromatography are two of the major analytical techniques this product is employed in. It is ideal for both analytical and preparative protein purifications. Q Separopore® 6B (Fast Flow) provides good separation over a wide molecular weight range. Larger volumes available at discounted prices (enquire).

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
