Sialic Acid-Specific Separopore® 4B Multi-Lectin Kit

To purify a receptor complex from membranes, Glycomatrix™ offers a Multi-Lectin Kit - Separopore® 4B Sialic Acid to bind and elute such complex for further analysis. This allows obtaining of other interacting partners at a preparative scale besides the target receptor.

This kit contains the following high quality lectins bound to Separopore 4B, 800uL spin column: Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) Lectin (SNA/EBL I ), Maackia amurensis (Amur maackia) Lectin (MAA/MAL I), Triticum vulgaris (Wheat) Lectin (WGA)
