Streptavidin Separopore® 4B Kit

Streptavidin Separopore® kit consists of streptavidin coupled to Separopore 4B (4% agarose beads), designed for a single-step affinity purification of proteins and antibodies with a biotin tag. The Kit includes the affinity matrix and buffers necessary to complete purification of biotinylated bio-molecules, as well as the empty columns to conveniently dispense matrix.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
