Mannose Separopore® 4B Cell Separation Kit

bio-World's Mannose-Separopore® Cell Separations kit consists of Mannose-Separopore® Resin (a high gel strength bio-agarose bead matrix) plus the set of all buffers necessary for using the Mannose-Separopore^® resin to separate cells containing surface proteins with affinity for mannose from those that do not. The Kit may be used with gravity flow chromatography or batch purification.

Kit Contents:

• 10 mL Mannose-Separopore® Resin suspension

• Mannose Resin Binding Buffer, 200 mL

• Resin Wash Buffer, 200 mL

• Mannose Elution Buffer, 100 mL

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
