BG-A1 Medium

For infection and co-cultivation of stolon nodes with Agrobacterium tumefaciens for production of transgenic Bermuda grass. 

Specification:

Contains: Half strength Murashige & Skoog medium.

Add: Aseptically filter sterilized 4.5uM Kinetin, 1.uM 2,4-D, 3.3 mM L-Cysteine, DTT (1mM), sodium thisulfate (1mM) and sucrose (2%) to the pre-sterilized BG-A1 medium or as required.
