DKW Basal Medium, w/ 10 g/L Sucrose

• Contains Macro and Microelements as described by Driver & Kuniyuki (1984) and McGranaha et al. (1987)
• Cytokinins, Vitamins, and Auxins should be added as needed
• Used for multiplication of shorts from nodal explants.
• Must be supplemented by 4.5μM BA and 5nM IBA.
