HEPES Buffer 1M, pH 7.4, DNase, RNase, and Protease Free

HEPES is one of the most popular all-purpose buffers for its optimal buffering range of pH 6.0-8.5. This Good's Buffer can be used in isoelectric focusing applications as well as antigen-antibody reactions.

This 1M HEPES Buffer is DNase, RNase, and Protease free, making it ideal for use in molecular biology applications such as cell culture and DNA/RNA extraction. It can easily be diluted to a 10mM concentration with distilled water for end use. Prepared using DEPC-treated water.
