NaCl (100 mM), KCl (3.7 mM), MgSO4 (1.2 mM), Cacl2 (1.3 mM), NaHCO3 (28 mM), Sodium lactate (20 mM), pH 7.4 ± 0.2. Prepared in DI water and filtered through 0.22 µ filter.
