  • For Denaturing Protein Gel Electrophoresis on Polyacrylamide Gels (PAGE)
  • LDS Sample Loading Buffer Supplied as 4X concentrate
  • 1X working solution contains: 106 mM Tris HCL, 141 mM Tris base, 2% LDS, 10% glycerol, 0.51 mM EDTA, 0.22 mM G250 Coommassie Blue, 0.175 mM Phenol Red; pH 8.5.
  • Use with a protein reducing agent such as DTT (provided separately - add fresh) to reduce disulfide bonds in protein samples. The higher pH (8.5) of this buffer enhances the activity of DTT.
  • Ultra Pure Grade
  • Stability (+4°C) >1 year
