Murashige and Skoog (MS) Medium, w/ Vitamins & MES

Murashige and Skoog Medium is buffered with MES. MES is an excellent buffer for plant media because of high buffer capacity. Sucrose, Cytokines, Vitamins, and Auxins should be added to the Murashige and Skoog Medium as needed. Buffered Murashige and Skoog Medium is provided as 1 unit to make 10L, 25L, or 50L of medium.
