PBS Buffer 1X, pH 7.4

Product Description
PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline) has a 1X concentration without calcium and magnesium is at a pH of 7.4. Calcium and magnesium facilitate cell binding and clumping. 

PBS is a water-based salt solution that helps maintain a constant pH. It is isotonic and non-toxic to most cells so therefore has many uses, including substance dilution and cell container rinsing.
