PBS Buffer Tablets

PBS tablets are a time-saving method of preparing Phosphate-Buffered-Saline for flow cytometry, ELISA, and Western Blotting. Avoid wasting time weighing various chemicals by simply dropping a tablet in water and stirring.

One tablet prepares 100 mL of 1X PBS pH 7.3 - 7.5 and may be adjusted as desired. Up to 4 tablets may be dissolved in the same 100 mL of water for a higher concentration. If using for cell culture, sterilization is recommended via filtration or autoclaving.
