Tris-Glycine (TG) Running Buffer has a concentration of 10X with a pH of 8.3. 1X solution contains 0.025M Tris base and 0.192M Glycine. Product is of ultra pure grade. Tris Glycine buffers are blended using pure reagents to provide high quality for protein research. This buffer is formulated using bioPlus Tris powder to ensure exceptional purity along with the absence of nuclease and protease activities.
