Description

Glycine is a popular buffer component with a wide variety of molecular biology applications. It is often used in gel electrophoresis as a stabilizer and in Western blotting for stripping the antibodies. This proteinogenic amino acid is an important neurotransmitter used in biological cleaving reactions.

bioWORLD's Glycine is >99% pure and highly soluble in water. We offer a number of sterile Glycine buffers of different molarities and pH for every application. It is also used in our high quality Tris Glycine Running and Sample buffers.

bioWORLD's products are supplied for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as a drug, agricultural or pesticidal product, food additive or as a household chemical.
