EC Medium, w/ MUG

EC Medium w/MUG is a selective broth medium to detect Escherichia coli presence via fluorogenic procedure. EC Medium w/MUG inhibits spore growth while enhancing growth of E. coli. It is composed of Pancreatic Digest of Casein, Lactose, Bile Salt Mixture, Dipotassium phosphate, Monopotassium phosphate, Sodium chloride, and MUG Reagent.
