Description

Gibberellic Acid A3, also known as GA3, is a popular component in plant tissue culture media. Because it is naturally produced by plants, GA3 is an effective hormone for plant growth and regulation. It stimulates germination in dormant seeds, while encouraging rapid and uniform growth.

Plant Tissue Culture Grade Gibberellic Acid A3 is soluble up to 50 mg/mL in Ethanol. Most culture applications call for a 0.01-10 mg/mL concentration, depending on the plant's individual needs. For ease of use, bioWORLD also offers a 13 mg/mL solution of GA3.

bioWORLD's products are supplied for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as a drug, agricultural or pesticidal product, food additive or as a household chemical.
