Murashige and Skoog (MS) Medium, w/ Gamborg B5 Vitamins

Murashige and Skoog (MS) Medium with Gamborg B5 Vitamins provides a complex growth medium for encouraged plant growth and development. The trusted MS macronutrients and micronutrients are complemented with Gamborg B5 Vitamins such as Myo inositol, Nicotinic acid, Thiamine hydrochloride, and Pyridoxine hydrochloride. These vitamins improve callus formation.

MS Medium with Gamborg B5 Vitamins should be reconstituted at 4.44 g/L in distilled water before use in plant tissue culture. If any of the components fall out of solution, gentle agitation with slight heating can bring them back into a homogenous solution.
