Description

Potassium Phosphate Monobasic is also known as Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate and Monopotassium Phosphate. It is a common component in microbiological and plant tissue culture media as a stable Potassium and Phosphorous source. Potassium Phosphate is an essential salt in many biological buffers.

Molecular Biology Grade Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate is of >98%. For use in PBS, Potassium Phosphate Monobasic is used at a concentration of 0.2 g/L. It is used in the popular Murashige and Skoog (MS) Medium at 0.17 g/L.

bioWORLD offers all of the chemicals and solutions necessary for buffer preparation, insect media, and plant tissue culture.

bioWORLD's products are supplied for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as a drug, agricultural or pesticidal product, food additive or as a household chemical.
