PBS Buffer 10X, pH 7.4

PBS is an isotonic buffer to human solutions. This means that it will not cause cell damage or disrupt normal cell processes.

Phosphate-Buffered Saline is economically provided as a 10X concentrate at pH 7.4 ± 0.2, Dilute with distilled water to obtain the desired concentration (1X, 2X, or 5X), check and adjust the pH to the final volume as needed.
