ELISA Reaction Buffer (Carbonate-Bicarbonate, 50mM)

ELISA Reaction Buffer attaches an antigen or antibody onto an ELISA plate. It can be used for direct coating of the antigen via passive adsorption, or indirect coating via incubation of the antibody.

This Reaction Buffer is prepared by balancing Ultra Pure carbonate and bicarbonate at pH 9.0. These alkaline conditions prepare the antigen for immobilization; simply add your antigen or antibody directly to the buffer.
