Cell Lysis Buffers
Cell lysis is essential for DNA, & protein extractions. With over 80 different lysis buffers. These buffers facilitate the protocol for processes including ChIP, RIPA, & other Immunoprecipitations. Detergents like Tween-20, NP-40, SDS, & Triton are available in solutions of different pH’s & concentrations to adapt to the individual needs of each sample. The addition of buffering compounds such as HEPES, PIPES, or CAPS stabilize the detergent and prevent loss of the sample, making them ideal for a number of cell culture applications.
