Separopore® Agarose Beads
The most widely used affinity matrix is based on bioWORLD's Separopore® (beaded form of cross-linked porous structure of agarose) and it is more economical. Separopore® affinity chromatography combines the size fractionation and binding the target molecules to the affinity matrix followed by liberating the molecule from the matrix using different reagents.
